THE FINCA
Finca La Gloria
We feel incredibly lucky to have found the Finca, to the point that sometimes we feel like it found us (Nat's 13-hour googling session aside).
It is run by a small team of hard-working people who are endlessly passionate about sustainable farming, and ultimately do what they do in order to spread the word and educate peasants like ourselves on how to live a more nourished and sustainable life.
The owners, Daniel and Eva, have told us from the beginning that we are welcome to treat the Finca like our home whilst we are there, and that gives us the enormous privilege of holding the relaxed, homely wedding that we always dreamt of having.
We kindly ask that you please hold this at the forefront of your mind throughout the weekend.
We know how easy it is (believe us we know) to drop that finished cigarette on the floor, or to skip the toilet queue and go for a waz in the bush. We are asking, nay begging, to please not do the above (or similar) as the team have spent years painstakingly creating a wonderful permaculture farm and we would hate to be the dickheads that ruined that.
You are all wonderful people and we don’t anticipate the above in any way but it’s always good to have a reminder ❤️.
Both Nat and Sean have dropped many a cigarette butt in their time.
Don’t be like Nat and Sean, be better.

Tours of the Farm
On our visit to the Finca in January, we enjoyed a guided tour of the farm and were fascinated by what we learned,
If you would be interested in discovering a little more about the art of permaculture farming, Daniel and Eva have kindly offered to run tours on the Sunday.
If you would like to join, please let us know!
